Nice decor, I don't go to these smoke shops much, but I needed help with delivery of my medication. I went in looking for a charger and learned so much from them. Thank you for taking the time. Besides all the usual products (well displayed and a large selection) they carry CBD. This may be old news to you but not to me. Nice store, upscale but usual prices I think, good and helpful service. Great place to go and get help and answer questions. Great place for for the ladies, did not get feelings of sleaze. My 2 cents, hope it helps.

I like the new management. They didn’t have my coils and called them in to the wearhouse then had them the same day. I love the point system! Almost have enough for a new Mod. Friendly staff that not only primes for you but also is interested in your use. They seemed to care about what I needed in my vap how often I used it and at what voltages. They didn’t sell me something just to sell it. I find it very responsible in a business. I gave a 4 start because it’s always cloudy in there.

I had a great time while on the store. I tried a few flavors and my old device had broken so I needed a new one. I wasn't on a budget so I decided to follow the seller's advice, but next day on my way home I was already having issues. I called the store and they said it was normal so I went home. Sales person was pushy and very dishonest when talking up a device that was actually having issues published online. I tried contacting them through the whole month after my purchase because I live in Miami and wanted to make sure that if I'd go back there they would resolve my issue. Left messages and no one ever picked up the phone or called me back. I had to deal with the manufacturer which was a hassle too but they made an exception and helped me.

Phil, the manager, and staff are great! Go in, have a chat and they will fix you up. Be real, be honest and you CAN stop smoking cigarettes with this! I did. 7 years ago. Now, it's just a security blanket I hardly use... BUT, I have it if I need it! Besides, you just never know when you walk in and see Captain Jack sitting at the bar sneaking shots of rum. 😂

Been a customer for about 6 months. Not friendly whatsoever, I’ve tried to engage in some kind of conversation every time and they really don’t acknowledge you or are interested in keeping their customers around. Mind you, I’m the only customer there. You want a large selection of juices and friendly staff? Go the the shop next to Walmart in Osceola.

Horrible customer service, like walking into a group of people who dont want you there. Food scattered in to-go boxes. Waited 10 mins for the guy working to stop spitting game at the girl in front of me. Plus they dont carry popular brands. It's a joke, try Civil Vapes or VaporKrew.

Customer service sucks balls when there is just one person. Sat for 10 to 15 minutes just waiting to buy some liquid while the dude was helping everyone else. Didn't even bother to say, "be right with you or anything. It's a 60 second visit. It's be more effective to help someone that is in for a quick stop then get back to everyone else. I come here regularly for liquid and usually it's good, but it sucked today.
