Mystik Smoke Shop on 10014 University Blvd

I went today to get my tongue piercing, made an appt for 1:30 and the piercer informed me fully on the piercing and things needed to be done to take care of it, he is also a chill person to talk to and really is passionate about his work, as seen from all his certifications that he has gotten, job well done. I am also fully satisfied with the placement of the piercing and the professionalism behind it, not to mention the price is decent for the quality. I highly recommend mystik to anyone interested in getting a piercing, you will not regret going with them.

Amazing shop. The glass pipe I bought was a wonderful design. It's also the sturdiest piece I've seen. I've dropped it and it hasn't broken and the design overall is great. Great buy; it was even 20% off. Only paid like 28 bucks. I'll be back.

The owner here is disrespectful and rude. I came in 15 minutes before they closed hoping to buy a nose stud because mine had been lost and I didn't want the hole to close up. Apparently the owner had an issue with me coming in 15 minutes before closing even though I was just going to make a quick purchase. I asked him if I could see what the backing of the nose stud looks like before I buy it so I could see if it was too big for my nose. He kept showing me a big backing for another piercing saying that the nose stud backing is the same as that one but smaller. I asked him again if I could see the actual size of the nose backing and he told me he didn't want to have to go "back and forth" and grab it from another room. Why would I agree to spend 40 dollars on a nose stud when I can't even see how big it is? Besides all that, this place is way too expensive. 40 bucks for a nose ring with a simple stud is ridiculous. Maybe if the owner was nice he could get away with these outrageous prices.
