This used to be the place I would go last few times I was there they seems very sedated particularly the Asian gentleman that I talk to I asked for a cap for my Banger it took him at least 30 seconds to process it he took me over to a section that the cheapest one was $45 I had bought purchase them they are in the past for as low as $5 I noticed what I'm looking for behind him I asked again about it he goes processes for another minute and says no we don't have it I'm not going to tell these people to do their job specially if they're too sedated to do it themselves. You've lost a customer of loyal customer

I have not been in a position where I would patronize and establishment such as this for a number of decades. When I entered the premises I was overwhelmed by the variety and formidable appearance of all of the different devices that were presented for sale. With careful, considerate, patient hand holding Travis and Matt guided me through some complicated purchase decisions and helped me understand some of the nuanced differences between the various vaping platforms and materials used with them. Really good service isn’t free and the price points are quite high and the sales terms very inflexible but also very clear. All sales are final no returns or exchanges. Sadly this means that there isn’t really any warranty even on fairly highly priced items. Caveat emptor. I personally value their domain expertise and friendly encouragement and I am personally willing to pay a higher price point in order to support. Just my $0.02 Joseph

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. During my first visit they were very helpful. I needed CBD oil to help with pain control. While I was purchasing no one informed me of a return policy. I was trying CBD oil out for the first time. I was assuming, just like any other place, if something doesn’t work for you, that you could return it. This was not my experience. Upon entering the store to see if I could return the item, they said, very rudely mind you, that they everything is final sale. I asked to talk to a manager and one of the employees mumbled something and I don’t even know what he said then a woman on the floor stocking said, “it’s all over the door and the store, it’s not our fault you didn’t see it.” I have NEVER been treated so rudely at any store. I will never return here and I REALLY appreciate the fact that someone who is in immense amounts of pain can count on the customer service here.... They are rude, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate. Don’t go here. $40 down the drain. $40 that I could have used to try to help my pain.

The staff were pretty good on my previous visits, but when I went in today, the staff and the owner had a bit of an attitude problem. Don't care how much stress or work you guys have, you all have to show respect to each customer. Did not like the attitude of the staff at the register and the owner who I had to deal with. Don't think I will be buying juice from this store anymore. It is pricey too, there is a better store on university blvd, next to Ahmed indian restaurant.
