Julian Gonzalez's review is not any example of Cigar Oasis- and the terminology doesn't make the review any more potent. When you "seemed to have noticed" the bubble, if it that much of a "shock"- then you should've informed the staff and maybe even chose a different waterpipe. (Not bong.) Cigar Oasis has a huge array of different glass pieces, with awesome prices. The quality is phenomenal and any misuse of the glass, or incidents outside of the store are not the responsibility of Cigar Oasis. The fact that discount was given at all shows they're willing to work with customers. The owner and family are genuine and honest people. Definitely would recommend shopping here.

Great store. Best around. After visiting almost every shop in Orlando, the last 3 employees I've met all have great product knowledge, communication skills, and they will go the extra mile for you. Professionally run business that appears to be growing, and with good reason.

Friend of mine told me to go to this shop because they were having a sale on glass pieces. I go in the shop purchase a brand new piece for 50$ and I seemed to notice the glass had a bubble in it and thought it was nothing. I get home and open the package that one of the sales associate packed for me and the piece where the bubble was completely broke off and I was in shock. I went back to the store so I could see if I could get an exchange or credit for this because it was definitely cigar oasis fault for the crack but instead they called the owner and only offers to allow me to buy a new bong and get 10% off. Overall this shop has horrible customer service and I will never be going to this shop again.
