Went to the Wellington location and was so happy I did. Kevin was extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect vape. He explained everything and answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Smokavana.

Owner and staff are just super kind and knowledgeable about products on hand. They sell wildberry incense. I went in with intentions of spending big money on a vaporizer for my first device. Was shown a much user friendly and less intimidating device which was affordable. This helped me quit cigarettes

Amazing staff, customer care is #1 for this company. Purchased a Smok prince tank which had a broken cobra tip. Called them and had it replaced the next day. Talked to the owner a week later, amazing guy.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. It is clean and has a good atmosphere. The staff is both helpful and friendly, but not pushy. I was recently able to make an exchange on a Christmas gift, with the receipt, hassle free. I will continue to shop at this location.

Awesome place. I grabbed a bong from there a week or so and a grinder just yesterday. Earlier today my down-stem got stuck but wasn't airtight, so I was basically wasting my herb. I got the stem out but unfortunately a good chunk of the bong came with it. I explained what happened, not expecting a refund 'cause it's glass. I even told the guy I'm gonna be leaving the place with a new bong regardless and not to feel bad. They gave me ~30% off any other bong in the store regardless of value. Now, I'm no bong/paraphernalia snob, if it works, great. That's all I care about. But man I left that place with a sweeeeet piece of glass. Everyone there is super nice, the pipes are gorgeous and they have some fairly priced grinders. It's right next to a, uh, 'dispensary' too. I've been to quite a few head shops and gone through a lot of bongs, and this is definitely going to be the only place I buy them from now on... The discount was probably a one time thing (Big Boss was in) but regardless. That's how you do business.

Best vape shop in town, I was in today and Vincent is a super nice guy helped me out and is very knowledgeable he was able to answer all of my questions and is awesome with customer service.

Credit to the super friendly and helpful staff. I came here occassionally when I lived in the area for a couple years. Today I went for the first time in maybe a year and buddy remembered me right away. Always really helpful and super friendly!

Great staff and management. Had issues with the vape I bought and contacted the store manager. He was professional and very friendly and willing to help me out. Truly appreciate the awesome customer service given to me. Will send anyone looking to start vaping to this location and continue to make the trip from manotick to buy my supplies from this location.
