I was in need of a piece. I called, was sent a photo of what was available. I chose the one I wanted, payment was made. What really blew me away....they delivered from Bells Corners location to Arnprior Ontario. Bravo, you will be hearing from me again

Need some pieces today broke, emailed was sent pictures of what I was looking for chose what I needed, pasted with etransfer and was delivered same day! My go to place for anything smoke related. Excellent staff when I was going in person to store as well. Update: bought a bowl from them after couple days of use thre handle likely came off kille it was glued. Contacted them and never got a response

Great store and prices. I've been to two locations and both employees were extremely helpful and honest about the products, though this location has a greater selection. They over a membership which I would definitely suggest taking advantage of.

Product broke within a week despite not being misused. Due to the low quality nature of the glassware sold to me I recommend looking elsewhere for something that will last you a while. My review only accounts for their mid-range glassware. They may be a suitable company if you need something else.
