Purchased a $150 vaporizer that didn't work right out of the box. Brought it back within hours and the response from the store was: NO RETURNS; Take it up with the manufacturer. What a great experience. Another reason to just start buying from the net. Thanks guys!

Great shop. The staff (especially the guy with the beard) are very nice and knowledgeable. This is my favourite head shop in Ottawa, they're selection isn't the best, but they always have great deals and I'm usually able to find what I want here. I've been here many times and will continue buying my glass and accessories from Scottie's.
