Excellent customer service. Occasional supply issues but owner was very receptive to my concerns and insured product was available on my next visit. Nice little shop in my neighbourhood.

Went looking for an oil rig and the guy basically told me what I was looking for didn't exist and they don't make oil rigs that way. Which is odd as I've owned 2 and several of my friend have the exact same format. (If oil rigs only come with male bowl stems why are all quartz bangers male?!?) Not to mention the prices of their glass is exceptionally expensive. They also have no selection, having a few different pieces all from the same brand is not a selection. Too bad, I wanted to like this place.
