Just placed a call to them pertaining to their e-cig cartridges. Very unprofessional behavior on the phone -and very very distracting for asking a simple question with all the noise in the background. Smoke shops in Austin are a dime a dozen. If your looking for a place that wants your business and is a bit more helpful - avoid this place.

Had a great time looking at all their novelty items. The New North store on Braker and 35 is HUGE. Lot of variety....Hookahs, pipes, rolling machines bulk tobacco and more.
