Kratom here is WAY overpriced and quality is non-existent! Its obviously cut to the extreme. Might as well be brown sugar. 1st time thought maybe just a bad batch and gave them benefit of doubt but this is 3rd time and absolutely no effect. Does not even smell like kratom should. Ive been a kratom user for 6 yrs. Stay away from this place's overpriced junk. Having said that, the employees are nice and helpful and this is obviously not their fault.

Manager should have better customer service. Staff sucks. Need different staff. Planet K over charges for Glass Screen. Might as well buy 40 Screens on Ebay for $5.99. They over charge on there items, customer service is worse than ever, the staff is to busy flirting with there female employees and female customers. From now on, I'm buying my Glass screens and anything else I need online, much cheaper than at Plane K. I might have to wait a little but it's better than being treated like garbage and pay alot more on items they sell when I can save alot online. The two Planet K (Round Rock and Austin) both have poor customer serice and over charge compared to the same items on ebay and other online pipe shops that sell the same items much cheaper.

One of the originals, I have been going to this Planet K for 15 years and it is still just as uniquely awesome as it has ever been! Great atmosphere and the staff are always great, friendly, knowledgeable and are more than capable to answer any question you may have, and this store always smells so good, an important part of the uniqueness that is Planet K.

If you’re going there for Kratom, think twice and don’t do it. They sell the exact same product as a vape shop on william cannon and manchaca for TWICE the price. it’s a giant ripoff. Probably and other store will get you much better deals. The place overall seems shady, and they price gouge like mad. Consider taking your business somewhere else

OMG THIS PLACE IS AN AMERICAN CLASSIC. It has everything you need at rock bottom prices. So, many options and the staff is kind and extremely helpful!!!! The entrance is a little hard to find. But, after that I was able to find everything I needed from this place. My debit card worked just fine too btw.

I went to Planet K to get a FULL detox and was sold a 50 dollar bottle of garbage. The detox they sold me was just a mask that temporarily cleansed your system to pass a drug test. I specifically asked for something that would flush my system. On top of that, I was never told that if you are on any medication to not take this. I went home to do some research on the product and found out I had been misled by the Planet K employee. I went back to return the product, completely unopened and un-tampered with, to which I was told there are no refunds on health products. I was never told about this upon purchase and when the manager explained their refund policy when I came back, she had to remove a pile of papers that uncovered their hidden refund policies. Not only does this place not value its customers; it's incredibly overpriced. They are not your local, neighborhood smoke shop, they are just another corporation whose employees only care about making sales and getting stoned. They've lost my business for good and I suggest you follow suit and find a neighborhood smoke shop that stimulates the local economy and cares about its customers.

Pass on this shop, rude employees too busy talking with each other and on the phone to help customers. If they spent as much time working in the shop as they do smoking outside the shop, they would sell a whole lot more product. It’s a shame because the other Planet K locations have really cordial staff.

Nice people, good on discounts and prices. If in Austin good place for Krarom, get the powered not capsule or concentrates. There is a holistic nursery off metric and 35 with cheaper wholesale kratom.

A great place for all of you needs. And with so many locations it isn’t very hard to find one. This Onion Creek location is one of my favorites though. It’s one of the bigger stores and has a super friendly staff.

I’m from Chicago & was in Austin with my cousins in February. Stopped here for a few necessities & I loved everyone working there! The place was amazing..so much to explore!
