I used to like this place but I bought a smok that stopped working after a week and they refused to offer me store credit or exchange it for another product. It came recommended by the store yet they don’t stand behind the quality of the products they sell. I would find another store that is more knowledgeable about their products or offers good customer service when something goes wrong.

Been a fan of Smoke n Chill since they opened. I go to the Burnet road location, and they're always friendly and on top of things. Clean, well lit, and prices marked. No bs.

I’m bummed that I can’t remember the name of the guy who help me because he was fantastic! He spent at least 20 minutes with me to help me find exactly what I wanted. Super friendly and sufficiently knowledgeable. Great selection too.

I didn't realize how much other shops in Austin especially happy clouds STAINED my a**. This place is HUGE for a smoke shop and the prices are all fair and CLEARLY marked. Other shops are sus about pricing, I heard "for you I'll do x" and it's still expensive af at happy clouds and similar shops. Smoke and chill seems to be really fair to everyone and has GOOD non China glass!

Came by on a Tuesday night at 10:50. Open sign still on and people still in the shop. Guy said it was closed. Bad business.

I went in this morning, completely clueless as to what I was looking for. Carlos helped me find exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable of the available products, and he was very patient with my questions. He never once tried to sell me anything I didn't want or need. I would go back to this location.

Very cool place. Sell packages of fresh tobacco to make your own and much cheaper. (If your a smoker).

Almost hurts my feelings to write this because the sales associates was so cool. However, service goes a long way with an establishment and this establishment was certainly lacking in that department. One of the sales associates attempted to sell e-juice that was expired. Another associate negated to box my 100 + dollar purchase. And then I get home only to find that the battery was not in my device making it a grand total of three times I had to return to that area on Burnet Road. Again, the sales associates we're very nice, but if I had to give constructive criticism on the business, I would tell them to take this as a learning experience and to always Ensure to provide customers with the best possible service.

Prices are better than most anywhere else. Staff is friendly and pretty knowledgable about all the products. I use the points system they have to get coupons texted to me.
