Super cool people :) The owner seems like a good human inside and out and the staff most definitely as well! They carry a selection of local artists stuff and they've always given thoughtful customer service too. So I'd definitely recommend 'em especially if you're looking for the cleaner Cap City clean! btw, best cleaner of the two. Can't remember what tha other's called but we'll just say pink's my best! But you could be cleaning something totally different than me.

I have been in this store a few times. I recently went in and the lady with a nose ring (blonde or white hair I think), was shorter was absolutely RUDE! I approached her about how my two batteries had broken. I was not looking for a handout. I couldn't even get out what i wanted to ask. I was going to ask if they could fix or it or ADVICE on how to prevent this in the future. I already had in my mind that i was going to purchase more from this store as it is conveniently located. I approached the counter and got out...hi, i was here a few months ago and she cut me off - put both arms in the air and said, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" I said, that is fine, i understand that but do you offer a service to fix them if i pay for it? ALL SALES ARE FINAL she says again. and then looks behind me to help someone else. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! My friend and i will NEVER go here again. I immediately called my friend, and we refuse to ever walk into this establishment again. I yelled back, "great customer service!" She could have easily said - Oh no, i am so sorry that happened. unfortunately we don't actually make these, but if you want to google the company who does they might be able to help you further. I do suggest not putting them in your pocket or making sure you turn them off when you are finished etc. But to just be so short and rude was uncalled for. That girl needs to learn something about customer service! Austin is a huge city, so your business i'm sure will survive. But just know at least 2 people won't ever come back.

These people are great. Honestly they care about their customers! Great customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t go to any other shop because of how great the customer service is. I rarely write a positive review of a place unsolicited, but every time I come here the service is unbelievably good, so this is very well deserved. The staff is incredibly friendly. I went in today to pick up some mango juul pods, which they were out of, however the owner overheard my conversation with his employee and told me he was making a run to his other locations and would be happy to grab a pack or two for me if I was willing to return about an hour later. That type of customer service is above and beyond what I would expect, I will definitely be making this my new go-to location for vape/smoking needs.

I LOVE this store! It quaint, cute, and they are always super helpful! I’m new to the area, but the girl in the front was super helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she had cute little tattoos on her arm and different colored hair. I wasn’t sure on her selection at first, but when i got home and filled my vape, my husband and I freaked. It was so smooth and the flavor was awesome! We will definitely be back for more! Hope to see her there too! Thank y’all so much!

Alec & Omar were absolutely amazing!! I came in to replace my old Vape, and they found me a Vape perfect for what I wanted for an even better price! They even helped me to customize the tip at the end of my new vape because I don’t like really short tips. They’re awesome! Would recommend 10 out of 10 🙏🏻💕
