Honestly this is a really great place. It's a locally owned family business (think a bodega smoke shop) and the guy who runs it - Tony - is really great. Go here over BC or planet K.

Really great place, I’m not really knowledgeable about vape stuff, but I had broke the glass on my tank and went there at around 10:30 PM. Instead of just selling me a whole new tank like I asked (which would have been more expensive for me and easier for him) Tony took a look at it and got me a brand new better glass, installed it for me, and took time to talk with me and let me know everything else they offer. Instead of brushing me off and doing what was easy, Tony helped me out and went above and beyond what I would expect someone to do. For that I’ll only shop here from now on, and will tell my friends to do the same.

ATX1 Smoke Shop on 2801 Guadalupe St Ste 1

I came here to buy a prop for a play I am doing. My friend was driving. He parked in front of the shop. He took one of three completely empty spots. We go in, make our purchase, and leave. We had placed a to-go order with the Torchy's next door. We popped into Torchy's to pick up the order and left. We came to his car to find that he had a boot on his car. This shop pays someone to sit in one of their parking spots to "monitor" their parking spots. I understand it would be wrong to park here and not frequent the shop. We explained to the man that we made a purchase at the smoke shop and had only been on the premise for less than a half an hour. He did not care. He had watched us leave and made no mention of the fact that they don't allow you to go to another shop in the same complex. It cost $150 to get the boot off of the car. I have never heard of having to move your car when going to more than one business in a strip mall. This is outrageous. We are fighting this charge but I encourage everyone to boycott this shop. They care more about guarding their completely empty parking spaces than they do about their customers. There are plenty of other shops in town. Take your business to a place that cares about you.

Came into this shop to check out their shisha selection at the recommendation of another smoke shop on The Drag. I was not disappointed! Amazing selection of import shisha. Literally the best I’ve found in Austin. The owner was awesome. I purchased a couple of tins of shisha and heading back to get, yet another hookah this weekend.

DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE BOOTED. The owner of this store has hired a company to boot any cars parked in the ATX1 Smoke parking lot, but in addition to people abusing the lot THEY ARE BOOTING PAYING CUSTOMERS OF ATX1 SMOKE. People are getting booted while in the shop and the owner is doing nothing to stop it or remove the boots. This is extortion, do not support these evil people with your money. It is better spent at a higher quality establishment that prioritizes its customers, such as Oat Willie's or BC Smoke.
