I was looking for something special but was in a hurry. I was greeted by a nice young man who helped me find the perfect item. I was in and out in a flash and I was very happy with what I bought. The store has a nice easy feel to it, and the customer service is great. I will return again!

I’ve been to this place plenty of times, I love it there and have shopped with them a couple times a year. So this past Friday, April 20TH I went in to get a nail for my rig, and Autumn Stillwell was the employee that helped me out. She was very nice and understanding but she sold me a nail that she said was universal and when I go home to put this “universal nail” onto my rig it does not fit, I call and they say all sales are final, okay cool. Well maybe you guys should sell people the correct items, if it was universal why didn’t it fit on my rig. I spent a total of $85.99 dollars just for you guys to give me a nail that didn’t fit and there’s nothing you can do about it, just ridiculous. I still love the shop and the employees but this was just extremely disappointing.

Had a real good experience as a very first time hookah user. They helped me with purchasing what i needed and helped me save money. They sold me only what I needed and nothing else. They also took the time to explain how to set up my hookah. When I got home I had no problem setting up my hookah and it worked perfectly. I appreciate their honesty in their business sense and customer service. I will buy all my supplies at this store from now on even though it can be hard to find a parking place in that part of town.

This location is amazing. Deronte and geo were able to give their opinions on different hookahs due to their personal experience with many of them. They gave us input what base is best and picked out the best shishas for us!! Definitely ask them for help if you are looking for a hookah.

I forgot to ask the man's name. But he had a big stone as a necklace, whom was extremely helpful. Quick, valuable and understanding info for a new hookah person such as myself. And he listened to my concerns with recommendations ready! Defintely would visit again. Also, absolutely loved the space inside. The parking can be better.
