Awesome place, good prices, friendly staff, huge variety. Been here multiple times and always leave happy with new merchandise. Seems they are always open and attentive. Would recommend over most other shops based on selection and price alone.

Just left this store right now. Three employees were standing in there and NEITHER one acknowledged my presence or asked what what was that I needed. RUDE and will not spend money over poor customer service.

Awful place to learn about and buy products. For some reason, the experiences with the male employees versus the female employees differentiate drastically. The employees here have no knowledge of their job and are utterly disrespectful. There prices are way too high. For any smart customers; a better option would be to drive a half mile to “xhale city”. Their prices are a lot better and there employees aren’t rude and actually care about their customers.

I’ve been in there twice in one day bc the first item I bought didn’t work and they don’t refund or exchange. Second item still didn’t work but when I asked for help no one could help me pick out the best of the best or explainwhy it wasn’t working ... horrible customer service and horrible/broken products. SMOKE AND TOKE is the best place to buy Tabacco products NOT smoke911(trash) .
