Came in here to buy my first vape. Tracie was very helpful and explained everything to me. I'm new so she was very helpful and patient. I literally knew nothing accept that I'm quitting tobacco. She literally let me look at 5 different options, explained coils, batteries, juice, everything. This is a great place!

Always excellent customer service here. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. I went in to try out a Juul pen as a complete newbie to vaping. Kyle greeted me and told me about a better alternative to the Juul pen, and even helped me set it up and fill it up with juice. I've been going to this store for a couple years, and will definitely go out of my way to go back to this particular Xhale.

Excellent customer service. Horrible non-existant exchange policy. Had a defective vape, went into store the next day for help. Gave me the: "call the manufacturer, that your problem". They take your money and wipe their hands clean. Boo
