Haze Smoke Shop on 2440 Granville St

I ordered a pipe over two weeks ago. The company had direct deposit for e-transfer (no password) so they have my money but I don't have a pipe. I've sent three emails and haven't gotten any replies. While I have purchased successfully from them, I don't recommend purchasing from them. if you want to buy, I suggest paying in a way that you can claim a fraudulent charge on, rather than an e-transfer.

Haze Smoke Shop on 2440 Granville St

For a small shop, they carry a lot of wares without feeling like a cramped space. Good organization too: when they have to find something like a new case of rolling papers, they are efficient and quick. Their pipes and bongs fit a good range between affordable and fancy. Good location too in South Granville near Broadway. Very easy to stop by when transferring buses. I got a new pipe last time I was in. Satisfying feel in my hands. Well blown!

I ordered a gpen connect from these guys and unfortunately it wasn't working. I was able to contact Haze smoke shop and they are sending me a new one. They were alot of help fixing my problem BUT I am still have troubles contacting them about my package as I still haven't received it OR any kind of tracking number.. 4/5 only because I had a bit of issue but will change to 5 once I receive my working item :) Thank you Haze

Would not recommend buying from here unless no other choice is possible. I purchased an arizer solo 2 and the first one I received didn’t work. When I took it back the manager was nice enough to exchange it. When I got home the I noticed the second device also didn’t work properly. When I mentioned this to the owner and asked if it was refurbished he got angry and said they don’t do that and he took the “wrapping” off in front of me. I don’t know if it was refurbished but I decided to go through warranty and my device works better then both I revived from haze. I also noticed the one I received from arizer had more wrapping meaning I was lied to when told by the manager only wrapping on screen exists and not around device when opened at store.
