I was so happy to discover this little gem of a store while visiting Vancouver, and now I'm a mail order customer! After comparing with other shops, online products and prices, I always returned to Cottonmouth. I love their outstanding customer service, and they carry quality products. In my opinion, their customer service is way above average. All the staff have been consistently fantastic. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this shop to anyone.

what a joke this place was.. staff was rude ..made me feel like i was standing in their bedroom or something like that.. i dont think ill be back there any time soon...next time ill be heading down to planet rock they have great staff and great prices....
