Ordered a product online, was shipped the same day and received the next. More than well packaged to ensure it wasn’t damaged and received a few extra goodies too boot. Very impressed and would for sure buy from tha bong shop again

Extremely horrible staff, and even worse selection. Tried to return a poorly crafted pipe and they both laughed at me and refused. They claim to get pipes from "local, B.C. craftsmen", which really means they're low quality glass...staff was more interested in Lego magazines than helping me. This is the worst pipe shop in Vancouver., hopefully they go out of business soon. A convenience stores sells better. Avoid at all costs.
