I’ve gotta my nose pierced 3x (long story), both nipples pierced and my tummy pierced. The piercer is very expirenced trust him haven’t had issues with the business or my piercings. Also got my first tattoo from this business love my tattoo artist. Will be getting my toungue done. They are very professional and keep it sanitary don’t have to worry about that!

Yeah wow! Walk into the place with a friend of mine to just check it out for tattoos in the near future, and first off the two at the front were ok at best I wouldn't really say helpful but I wouldn't say bad either. Then we attempted talk to the artist in the back about a couple of ideas to see if one of the artists could do something for us. Well the guy behind the desk seemed almost angry that we bothered him and pulled him away from Facebook! Then he completely dismissed us an told us to just look at the portfolios. I don't know about the other artists but just the short interaction with the one left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I will definitely not be doing any business with them.

Went in for a piercing. The guy was less than enthusiastic and made me feel as if I was imposing on his day. Not only was this process rushed, but I HAD TO ASK questions about the aftercare! All I was told is to "use contact solution" and that was it. When attempting to get more advice/instructions I was brushed off with one or two word answers. I literally had to inform myself by researching online! This was so rushed that immediately afterwards he told me I was good to go. I felt hesitant at how quick this was however proceeded to leave the shop. Once in the parking lot my piercing BEGAN TO BLEED. I had to walk back into the shop, inform him that I, in fact, was bleeding and again HAD TO ASK for some gauze and clean up. His response was "oh some people don't bleed". Absolutely ridiculous, needless to say I will not be continuing business there. Get some competent employees who actually enjoy their job and can educate their clients properly to make them feel more comfortable. Otherwise I suggest you close up shop for good and spare future patrons of a crappy experience!!

Love this place. Jeff, one of the piercers is the most amazing guy! He is very gentle and you can really tell he cares about what he does. Walking in the place you always get a friendly hello and when you leave they make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Would recommend JEFF to anyone to get a piercing! :)
