This shop has been my go-to for over four years now, for a lot of reasons. Their selection covers all of its bases, and it feels like they're always adding new stuff. Anything from table-top vape units to locally blown glass; Pipe Dreams has managed to meet all my needs. The staff have always been friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The manager, Brooke, has provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere. I'm genuinely excited to see her when I'm in the shop because I know I'm going to have a great experience. I'm glad to have a place like this in the neighborhood. I rarely find the need to shop anywhere else.

Manager lied to me then did not but yell after the lie was brought up and proven. Completely refused to offer any kind of resolution sticking me with an unnecessary $175 purchase. I'll go elsewhere always and so will anyone i know
