The people who work here are very knowledgeable and so super friendly. It kind of feels like the stereotype of what you'd think of pot shop to be, chill workers who are enthusiastic about their products, but then they start sprouting out all the in depth scientific data behind their products that they are selling, it's pretty amazing! Also, great prices. ☺

Great for glass - Horrible for vape I was a first time vape purchaser. Walked in with the wife and said we want a cheap, getting started vape kit to use with CBD. The guy sold us the following. Exxus Ego 900 battery - $20 Exxus Snap glass chamber $25 USB Charger - 7.49 Syringe 2 gram RAW CBD (for oral use) 49.50 $110.56 with tax We left and painfully loaded the chamber with the syringe that did not fit into chamber (we found out why later). No smoke, system did not work. So we went back in 15 mins later. The same guy helped us. Tried several batteries. Said the chamber likely had a bad coil. I pointed out the oil he gave us says for oral use .. but he assured me lots of people smoke it. They had no other chambers and have a 100% no returns policy. So he talked to the manager and they swapped me to a new system. I had to eat the $7.49 for the charger (no returns) because it did not fit the new system. We also lost almost half the oil in an attempt to transfer it to the new glass chamber that fit the new device (A ConSeal v1 Battery Kit). He tells me to go outside and try the new device. I am new to vape, push button, draw and get a little burnt taste but no smoke. He says take it home and let it soak into the cotton a bit. Then it will work. What do I know? So we go home. Of course nothing changes. New battery, new chamber, same oil .. no work. My friend who vapes says there should be a lot of smoke. He agrees that the oil sounds fishy. So I CALL the HoneyB company that makes the oil. Guess what? The RAW oil is 100% NOT for vaping. They sell an eliquid for vaping, but the guy said if you try to vape the raw oil it will clump up, and ruin chamber. My vape friend took me down "The Herbery" which is 4 doors down from Mary Janes (even though the guy at Marys said he had no idea where to buy cartridges) I showed her the cartridge with oil from Mary's and she said it's the wrong consistency. She was careful not to bad mouth them .. but she moved on to .. here, this will get you going now. I got a $20 Panda Vape System. A $30 .5 gram preloaded cartridge of CBD $50 total (with tax included) In and out in 15 mins. Everything works fine. Again. Mary Janes has a no refund policy. My wife is going to head back in and complain to try and get some money back. They really should have sent us 4 doors down to the place that knows about vape and has everything needed. We also need them NOT to sell that oil for vaping .. it ruins the chamber. For glass, Marys has AMAZING stuff .. but if you want to get help starting to vape .. avoid them. While the guy was great with customer service and trying to help me with a 'broken' chamber .. he steered us wrong, wasted 110 dollars and about 3 hours of time.

I don't live in WA anymore but was there recently. I was out of Kratom so shopped the store. Yes, the Kratom is over priced but not for smoke shops. It is also a really good Kratom. The staff is great.
