Tonight my fiancé went in looking for a specific item that he still had questions about. The employee was rude, irritable and pushed him towards a certain version of the product and insisted it was what he was looking for. He mistakenly takes her word for it and when gets it home, it's the complete opposite of what he was looking for. He immediately called back to be told there is NOTHING they can do. He bought it 60 seconds ago and they won't let him exchange it. Still brand new in the box and still zero empathy. You guys should consider employees that don't hate their life so bad they can't even pretend to be in a good mood. Maybe even people that actually know something about the products you're selling. $60.00 Down the drain because your employees have no idea what they're talking about and your establishment cares zero about the customers that pay your bills.

The lady was real nice, knew her products and was real helpful but did not have what I needed. It was clean and well lit, plenty of room and easy to see everything they had-a huge selection, but was not what I needed, otherwise if I was shopping for a certain thing I would definitely go there and shop. 4.9 STARS
