Went in to buy a cigar for my father as a Christmas gift and the clerk refused to sell me anything because my brother, who is underage, was with me. The clerk assumed that I was intending to act unlawfully and give it to my brother, then assumed I was of poor integrity by denying my claim that if was not for him. I enjoy cigars occasionally and have never had a problem with any other shop, including other Havana Connections stores. Guess I'll avoid all of their shops and take my money elsewhere.

Great selection of cigars, I actually went to get pipe cleaners, and I ended up getting a bit of bulk pipe tobacco. I will likely be back to have a smoke and hang out. Also looking forward to checking out the bigger shop in Short Pump.

I was greeted warmly by Brian and after I told him I was looking for cigars for my nephew to celebrate the birth of his first child, he asked a couple of questions and went right to the perfect cigar. I appreciate great customer service and he is at the top of his game! Great selection and great aroma inside.
