Lori was amazing. I went in there not really knowing what product I was leaning towards. She showed me all of them, how they work, the pros and cons, and a nice change for a glass shop... she wasn't pushy at all! I would totally recommend this shop over others in Richmond. They have everything you need and great people like Lori to help you out! Thanks, I will be back!

Went to Kultures today to replace a water pipe that was broken by a guest. Didn’t have much cash on me but the sales persons at the Hull street location were so kind and helpful my cold heart grew three sizes that day. Bless you Kultures. Long Live and Prosper!
