Just went in tonight to grab a water pipe because I’ve been needing one. I hate being that person who comes in right before closing so I just wanted to get in and out without being bothersome but I was very pleased with the service I received. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance, and after discussing my budget the lovely lady who was helping me (didn’t catch her name :( ) must’ve read my mind because what she showed me was perfect. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price with great customer service. I’m super pleased and will definitely be back. Thank you!! 🥰

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Area 51 for many years and I have to say that Maddie gave us the best customer service yet. She was Very friendly, helpful and was beyond patient, because we have to make sure we look at everything before we leave. All in all we were very pleased with our service tonight! I just moved from Wisconsin a month ago. I am an avid pipe shop goer. This pipe shop is a step above the rest with a great selection offering a wide range of products. Everytime I walk in to Area 51, no matter the employees working, they have welcomed me, offered guidance, and had solid knowledge about each product. Not to mention they do not pressure you while browsing. I knew immediately that this would be my go to shop for all my needs and desires. I'm usually a regular at the Midlothian location but found myself closer to this new one off Hull Street. The shop is absolutely immaculately clean, fresh and very well put together. And the staff is second to none just as I had no doubt. Very friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful in every way. A very broad range of selection aswell. I highly recommend checking out either location, you wont be disappointed.
