This place is awesome. The staff is super patient, super friendly and have alot to offer for their product lineup. Been there twice and definitely will not be the last. They have cool deals all the time. Definitely recommend this place.

Saved my life!!!! Was in the area and needed to replace a piece that was dropped on the ground 😪, the guys at smoke stop were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great selection to get me back on my feet. Will definitely be back for all of my needs.

Great place to shop for all your glass needs. They have great vape options and plenty of different kinds of rolling papers. They also carry kratom and the brand they carry is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the customer service is amazing.

This visit was my first experience at this shop, and it was such a pleasant surprise. Chesco was very helpful and inviting. He helped me pick out the perfect piece, and I love it. It reminds me of a hermit crab shell. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and I couldn't stop smiling when I left. I'll definitely be back!

This by far one of the most friendliest and nicest head shops in VA, they treat you with respect and are very humble when it comes to customer service. They serve with a smile and are willing to help you out in anything you need. Highly recommend place for your smoking needs.

Sold me a defective product, called to ask if they could do something about it and they said it was something I did to the product. I had the product for less than a week. Go somewhere else where your service will be appreciated.

I’m kinda new to the area and a former smoke shop manager, so I’ve been looking for a new shop that reaches my level of expectations. I’m happy to write that this stop is one my top 3 of my favorite shops and so far my expectations have been more than met! The two employees I have experienced have be super kind, mostly the last time I was at the shop! I hope they keep up the amazing customer service and the pretty wide variety of stuff. (Without being overwhelmingly clustered like Smokey’s) Honestly, I hope they hire soon, I’d love to be part of that amazing shop. 💚
