I bought a $50 pipe here yesterday. When I got home nothing works, I tried charging it, tried it several times. Upon returning to the store they told me they don’t do exchanges or refunds and the guy behind the counter sent me away bc he said he’s “not tryna deal with this”. So you sell a faulty product and refuse to offer help is unacceptable. Buyer’s beware!!

I used to go here and buy e-juice. But after buying 3 of my kits that stopped working after a couple of days I couldn't even return the last and only one I was trying to get replaced. I wanted to just tolerate the high prices because it was convenient but screw it. Also owner is very rude. I'd rather drive a couple of miles extra to avoid this one. Last thing I need is a rude owner to interact with.
