Make sure your device is WORKING BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE ON JULY 24, 2017 I purchased a SMOK STIC V8. I PLUGGED IT IN TO CHARGE WOKE UP SUNDAY MORNING. UNPLUGGED IT. WENT TO TAKE A DRAG AND NOTHING!!!!!! IT WAS DEAD. I CALLED THE SHOP. EXPLAINED THE ISSUE. DROVE TO THE SHOP AND THE SALES GUY SAID THEY DON'T EXCHANGE OR GIVE REFUND. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR A REFUND. I WANTED A STIC THAT FREAKING WORKED!!!!!! NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK WHEN YOU DROP $100.00 PLUS!!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! AND THEY CAN SUCK IT!!!!
