Beautiful store and setting but that is about it. Try to bring business to local businesses only to get haggled. No wonder brick and mortar businesses are losing out to online. I was charged 6.99 apiece for each individual pod inside one pack that is normally sold for 6.99 for the 3 so total for one pack over $20! And because Packaging doesn't say not for individual sell they are arrogant about it and prefer bad business practices. So what if I had just wanted one pod he would have taken it out touched it put his hands all over it and sold it to me just like that without a Box or any type of packaging? Yeah that's professional.

I’m a heavy smoker went in to get a vape to help me quit and got great quality vape juice and great quality tank for my h-priv the coustomer supper was great but there was only one guy working so if there is a line up in there you could be waiting some time to get what you need but it was a very good experience

Very neat and super clean vape / smoke shop I haven't visited before. The interior of store turned the the trend of typical vaping and smoke shops to the modern era. Very bright lightning and marble floors.. in fact they have wide range of variety for both vaping and smoking... in addition they carry numerous brand of imported and local humidor cigars too..

I really like going to this place because my girlfriend loves cigars and they have the ones she likes, but I’m not sure if I’ll be coming here anymore after what we keep experiencing. The first time we came to this place we were warned that the owner (Mexican lady) doesn’t trust black people in her store and she will watch you like a hawk because apparently all black people steal. We thought maybe the person was being over dramatic but she did watch us like a hawk THE ENTIRE TIME. Like she literally did not keep her eyes off of us and came near the door and all and would just stand there until we got something. Every time we go here, it’s the same thing and I can’t shop at a place where I’m not even trusted to shop at freely let alone feel uncomfortable due to my color of my skin. It’s 2018 people, we need to do better.

I arrived at this establishment 10 minutes before they closed and found the doors locked. When I asked them why they were closed said they always close early. When I suggested they change their hours so not to waste my time, they told me to come earlier because they can close at any time they want. Frustrated with the lack of respect to my time, tried to call the owner and inform her of my experience, my call was never returned. Save your self from a headache and go to another vape shop, before spending your hard earned money here. The customer who shows up to spend money during business hours posted is not a priority at Smokers Galaxy.

Very over priced on ejuces . Couldn't try the juice and employee couldn't even tell me why . I won't be going back. I have been vaping for 7 years , so I do know when things are priced too high and staff isn't knowledgeable

Went for some smok coils. They had them. But wait...it cost 7.99 per coil?!?! A package of 3 online cost ~ 12-14 bucks.!! What a rip off! Bought one they actually opened a three pack ripped one out of the foil pack and sold it to me for 8.00+ tax. Jesus Christ go online to buy supplies. Avoid this place and lack of CS behind.

I had a very particular glass piece in mind at a very particular price. Planet K didn't have what I was looking for...nor did supernova. As I am yelling at Google to find what I want for the price I wanted it at. Google searched the deepest part of the web to find me my local Smokers Galaxy. They have some cool stuff at cool prices.

I went in to buy a vape. I asked for some basic information and the owner and the salesman couldn't answer anything. I then saw they had hookah pens for $0.99 in a bin. I asked him if they're really that price he said yeah. After picking a few, went to check out, and the owner said it was $5 each. I said 'I asked you if the pens were really $0.99, and you said yes.' He then said 'I changed my mind.' That was a real disappointment. I used to come here all the time. I will no longer shop at this establishment.
