The customer service was great there was always multiple employees willing to help out with any questions, , and the personalities were great creating a enjoyable atmosphere of comfort. Very friendly and personable.

Bought a battery for my vape pen battery not too long ago from the store, since im new with the whole vape pen situation i didn’t know what the hell i was asking for, but the employee was very helpful in giving me tips and helping me find the right product, thanks again 👽👍

I waited in line forever while they took other people ahead of me that got in line after I did. When I said something to the cashier (it was her birthday today) she was rude and defensive and told me to calm down. I was in no way yelling or being ugly. However, I did voice my frustration after 3 people were taken ahead of me and I had been waiting to check out.

Place is a joke. their prices are at a %400 markup from amazon. The staff is beyond rude and are some of the loudest cockest people ive met. open food merchandise was for sale on the floor and the staff did nothing after i told them about the situation. The Female staff was negative the whole time towards any male figure that approached with a question about the items behind the counter. Management had the same mentality when i talked to them.

Great customer service right when I walked in they engaged with great service found the exact piece I was looking for. And told me which pipe is better. I'm a regular customer that goes in most of the week and I would highly recommend checking planet k out one day.

I used to love this location but it has really gone down hill. I loved the friendly feeling and being able to have great conversations with the workers. I have been there 3 times in the last couple of weeks and its like talking to robots. I feel like im at walmart or something, no love no life. The only time anyone reacted was when the store dog barked at me. Sorry planet k I guess its super nova for me from now on.

I just stood at the back counter of this location for 5-10 minutes with my friend while everyone in the store ignored us. I do want to note that this has never happened before and normally everyone at this location greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Today we were ignored by 2 female employees that seemed to be visiting a few friends. We stood right in front of one smiling and waiting to be acknowledged, and she never looked up until her dog started barking at a patron. After shouting across the store didn't work, she looked up and straight past us then left the counter to attend to the dog. We waited patiently but she continued with the dog and her friend and nobody else ever approached us to see if we needed any help. So we eventually walked out without having been addressed even once. So I'm sitting outside planet k at 2:23pm BLUNTLESS. Do better guys.

Every time I go in to this location every one is so friendly, and knowledgable about their products. I have been visiting them for two years since my accident. Always have a great experience hardly want to leave to be honest. Great people and the prices are fair. Lets be honest you pay for what you get and their prices are very fair and you always get a great product, a great experience, knowledge, and amazing friendly service. You can't and will not go wrong here.

I have shopped here a few times. Staff seems friendly and manager seems nice also but they have a no returns policy. I can understand that on products like pipes and things of that sort but a lighter? Come on. Or don't sell products that won't do the job. But it's the closest head shop to me so there is that.
