Warning - Poor / Cheap products...........Bought a piece and filled it up with water as directed, played playstation for about 20 mins and heard a loud pop, Piece broke. Appears to be from thin/poor quality. Went back up there but the gentleman working couldn't help cause he wasn't a manager and call Monday for Andrew. Called Andrew and he stated no return/refunds or exchanges. Doesn't seem to be a good business, I told them I would dispute the charge for defective merchandise, and regardless if I win or lose they will be charged $20 - $30 by their credit card processor as a CB fee and I would no longer be a customer, I have also told my friends to stop going there...and he was OK with this. Poor business decision for a "$58" piece.

Awesome selections although some artists are a little too proud of their glass but hey, that why I avoid that junk. Puff n stuff is awesome though. I will never go to a gas pipe because I'm loyal to puff n stuff and gas pipe prices are stupid.

Bought a "water pipe" at this store. Looked nice. But looks can be very deceiving. Less than 24 hours after purchase, the bowl breaks. And now, just over a week later, the stem is cracked all the way through allowing water from the perc to leak out. I can only wait for the stem to completely break now. I am not a destructive person, and i treat my belongings with care. Especially my herb pieces. Their products are made poorly and break easily. I have bought multiple pieces from this place, as have my friends, and every one of them break after a short amount of time. I do not recommend buying glass from here. Youre better off going somewhere else
