Came in to buy a rig. Picked a rig. The one i picked out was not broken at all, not even a chip. The employee takes it away to wrap it up and i pay. I live about 5 minutes away. I get home and open it up but the bottom had been chipped and then inside perk was completely detached and broken. He had broken it while i wasn't looking and still sold it to me. I drive back up and ask him if there'a anything he could do for me and he says "unfortunately since you left the store with it theres nothing i can do" he offered me a discount on another piece, but I'll never spend my money at this smoke shop again :)

"Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me" is what comes to mind with this shop. My two visits to this shady shop is a similar experience to Laura, Raymundo, and Jonah's reviews. I never vape, so Mike starts showing me the selections, I ask for his opinion on which pen is solid for starters? He points to the gold kind pen and says $20 and lifetime warranty with the maker. Then sells me a $20 honey flavor CBD oil cartridge since I have chronic pain, which I agree with Paul's comment "is bunk" and NOT real cbd. I go home and the cartridge does not work on my pen, so I come back the next day. Mike and Derrick try the cartridge on their store pens and it still does NOT work. Rather than replace the cartridge, they tell me to buy an instrument to extract the oil and transfer it to another container. Get this because "they don't know what happened after I left the store." Really!? I demanded a manager at that point, Mike calls someone (not sure who) but he told Mike to relay their go pound sand return policy. I refused to leave since I don't like getting robbed. Mike finally decided to purchase another cartridge and we decided to switch cartridges. I give Mike props for making a compromise since the owner has no accountability for his products. I come back a second time and purchase a different flavor since honey was not that strong. Derrick suggests blueberry, so I go with it. I ask Derrick "can I try the cartridge on my gold kind pen to avoid any issues like last time." Derrick goes we can't let you try it on your pen since we are not sure about the condition of customer's pens. I thought that was strange since I just bought my first pen and cartridge from them, but whatever. I go to the parking lot and try it in the car and it does NOT work. I walk back in immediately and Derrick tries it on all their gold kind pens and it does NOT work. He calls his manager and they discuss among themselves that the issue is that the cartridge is not made for my model of kind pen! Once again rather than replace my cartridge, Derrick gives me a BS spill about the legality of CBD and the only thing he can do is sell me another model of the kind pen! Please avoid these scammers, there are MUCH better shops around the DFW area. I spent roughly $66 plus tax on 2 visits and nothing but a headache. Please disregard the owner's response to my review. Fyi for Kind pen owners, Mike gave me the spill about not overcharging the small batteries but after a month BOTH no longer work. Derrick explained the BS legality of CBD products, so it's tough for the shop to guarantee their products and guess who it falls on if the item is faulty!? (The CUSTOMERS!) And I did NOT tell my "boys" to pull up. That is a bunch of hogwash. I called my older cousin, who lives close by to please come to the store to be a witness since I was upset about the situation. I explained that to Mike and Derrick that we do NOT condone violence in any fashion, especially for faulty cartridges! It was actually Derrick, who on my second visit told me Mike was a former marine and I don't want to mess with him. Now please tell me, who is trying to intimidate who!? Facts don't lie but people do. No thank you on visiting your store again. Bad business and experience, period. KIND pens are a scam and the CBD oil at this shop is fake. Please be aware.
