The store serves some unique needs for me. The staff is so friendly but more than that, they stop and talk to you, really listening and develop a personal relationship with their clientele. All of the staff I've ever spoken with was very knowledgeable about any of the broad variety of questions I have thrown at them - sometimes just curiosity questions about a product. Very friendly. Very interesting. Very educational! They have it all for the genre of store they aim to be.
