Super friendly staff, and a great variety of juices. The employees are knowledgeable about what they sell, too, which is important for people new to vaping. This is one of my go-to shops around for new juice.

Staff is friendly and knowledgable enough but return policy is garbage. I’ve bought 3 separate vape pieces over the last month that have all swiftly died within a week or so at no fault of my own. It’s understsndable to not be able to return glass but it’s absurd to not be able to return faulty electronics. Won’t be purchasing from here anymore. I’m out a good bit of money with nothing to show for it. Edit: Also, the CBD battery I purchased has NO manufacturer warranty or any company info on packaging.

The staff is very knowledgeable about all the equipment that they sell. And they have the patience of a saint lol. I had a lot of questions and got an answer for every last one. A personal touch that is hard to find at similar establishments.

Refused to give me a price over the phone. INSANE. Allegedly it's because they can't card me. So what? Kids see the price of cigarettes and alcohol in every gas station. It's more likely that everything they sell is over priced. $20 for a Puff Plus???? Disgusting honestly. Go to VaporWize or Magic or literally anywhere else

Be careful. These are some crooks working here. Drove a hour to their store after clarifying over the phone with their employee that an item they had available was on sale. When I arrived it no longer qualified for the sale and no discount was given. Bad business and no care for customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be going to Up in Smoke. Always been loyal and none of this stuff happens there

Decent variety of puff bars. But they are 3$ higher than everywhere else and the skinny bearded dude was rude. Customer service should be worked on.

I love this place the stuff is amazing! the only reason it got four stars instead of 5 stars is because they tend to run out of all of my favorite juices and if they do have it all the 3 nic is bought.
