Worst Customer Service. Today, I purchased a water pipe stem piece for my water pipe. When I returned home, I rinsed the piece (to cleanse it from germs) and realized that it would not fit my water pipe. Realizing it was a simple mistake, I returned to Purple Haze and asked if I could exchange the piece. I was told no and accused of having used the stem piece because it had water droplets and "smelled like an illicit substance". First of all, I live down the road, so we returned to the store within 5 minutes of purchasing it (no time to use the piece). Second, the stem piece didn't even fit so how could it have been used? And last, the piece was damp because I had rinsed the piece for sanitary reasons. After trying to explain this, I was refused service for a blatant lie. These people had no intentions of being helpful or understanding, and had the worst customer service I have ever received. Not to mention most of their products are grossly overpriced.

This is a vape shop, with beautiful pipes and hookah equipment. Nice and clean. They also sell incense at a really good price. You also must be 18 years old to enter this place with proper id.

My regular stop in 5 Points for over a year now. YOU will not find a better price on NewPort Menthol 100 or shorts (and many others) or on any brand of Swisher Sweet or White Owl cigars (and many others) ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE IN METRO-COLUMBIA. Frankly, that's as far as I care to travel, so it could be all of Richland County. The staff have all become friends I enjoy greeting anytime I see them. Thank you Purple Haze for being in the Village!!!
