Thank you Dab city I wish I caught the name of the really helpful guy who took care of me tonight. Great customer service! Very pleased with my experience at Dab City, they offer great products, great knowledge, and great customer service while maintaining a friendly/welcoming environment. Go check these guys out they're absolutely amazing, whatever you need they have.

The store looks nice.. from the window. We drove for 30 minutes to get here for the store to be closed during business hours without a note or anything on the window. We sat and watched multiple customers try to open the door just to leave when it was locked.

My husband and I are faithful customers! Weeks before they opened we were excited that there was a shop close to our residence. We've been customers from day one. Erin is our go to gal because she's thorough and knows the products very well. I go at least once a week and she's there always welcoming with her smile and interaction with me as well as other customers when I'm there. I definitely recommend Dab City!!

I had to give 3 stars because of the customer service. I went to make a purchase for myself and the couple ahead of me where asking questions of the cashier Erin and she was completely rude to these people. All they were doing was asking simple questions and she acted like they were burdening her. The store itself is good as well as the selection but if Erin is your cashier, I'd go somewhere else

I shop here several times a week. I personally only like to go through erin the red head. She is very bubbly extremely friendly very knowledgeable about all products. I have aksed her 100 plus questions and she answered them all very patient we me as well. If you have any questions she is your girl

I purchased a smaller long vape device. The battery had to be changed twice in two months. When I requested another battery I was informed there were no refunds or warranties. Won't go there again. Madvapes is much better.

what can I say about dab City other than biggest waste of time in my life I traveled all the way from Florence South Carolina to go to Columbia because I called them ahead of time and asked if they had any Puffs codes available he told me yes we have the lightning edition puffco available for 388 but I can give it to you for 315 if you come today so I said 315 say less I'm on the way got up there walked in the door first of all wasn't even helped or really even acknowledged for the first 10 minutes while I was there.then whenever I finally got help I let him know hey I called earlier about the puffco you told me you could give it to me for 315 he said oh yeah and went and grabbed it off the shelf took it to the register and proceeded to bring it up which he then told me he could not give it to me for 315 cuz he had made a mistake so I had to think about it for a minute and I want us my car came back in and looked around and saw that they had the base model puffco. Ask how much the base model puffco was and he told me 360 but he could get it down to 302.I told him to bag it up because I wanted it so then he took it to the register rang it up and told me he couldn't give it to me for 302 told me the cheapest you can give it to me was 340.so you can imagine my frustration after driving an hour and a half to come and get one thing find out you can't get the one thing at the one price so you decide to settle for something cheaper and even the cheaper option you get lied to again and get screwed over. But that's not even the worst part I get home with my $340 device and used it twice and ITS ALREADY BROKEN!!!!!!!! I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW DEVICE IN MY COIL IN THE PUFFCO IS ALREADY BURNT OUT AFTER USING IT TWICE!!!!!! The only reason I'm giving them a one-star review is because there's not a half a star rating severely disappointed

Store manager had the audacity to send me out to get a mask when not a single one of his employees or himself, were wearing masks. And when I called him on it he gave me attitude about it being his store, his rules. Double standards don't make for good business.

Tucked away in the corner of the shops by Wal-Mart, it could be tough to find - but worth it. Great selection and super friendly and helpful staff. I went to get something small and buttonless - a la Juul - to replace cigarettes. The guy was super patient with my questions and indecision, and I'm happy with my choice. My friend was replacing a huge and obnoxiously loud mod with something smaller and she's happy, too. I'll be back, for sure.

Went to buy flower. Flower reads ALL TKO FLOWER 50% off, and I ask for the TKO moon rocks. They told me it doesn’t pertain to that one... I’m like, but doesn’t it say ALL TKO Flower? Why is it in a TKO container if it is NOT a part of the deal? Why doesn’t your sign say “except moon rocks”????? They’re overpriced, and have low grade cbd here anyway. Try CBD Charlotte in Downtown!! Much better prices, CBD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
