Great selection, friendly staff, decent prices. This business doesn't really have any competition in Salem. Sure, there is a bunch of places to purchase glass, but nobody can compare to T-Zone's selection. The one on Lancaster is better.

This is one of the friendliest shops i have been to!!! Everyone is always super friendly and helpful! Telling me of specials and deals to save me money! This is the only place we will go for our glass pieces and accessories!!!!

Decent place to get glass and smoking supplies. Just don't expect them to stand behind the stuff they sell. I bought a lighter for $20 and before I even walked out the door it broke, and they wouldn't even swap it out or anything. My friend wanted to buy a similar one, but it was out of fluid, the sales person refused to fill it with butane, so he decided not to buy it.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Went in to buy some glass. The clerk was very helpful and knew just what I needed to fix my neon sign. They have a great selection of incense and the prices were very reasonable. Only problem I had was it's hard to see if your travelling North on Lancaster drive.

Finally walked in this place the other day. It was fantastic. They have everything from incense to blacklight posters. They have some absolutely beautiful pieces from local artists as well. Customer service was welcoming and fun. Definitely going to return!

The girl with the curly hair was helpful and energetic, the wares on the other hand looked over stocked, and cluttered. I often found myself wondering where the American glass was as most of their products looked mass produced and chintzy.
