I love this shop!! They have the most variety out of all the others. I never go anywhere else anymore. I love when the girl with long black hair is there with her Bulldog. Everyone is so helpful and they just opened another shop in downtown Woodburn. They are pretty cool. 5 stars for everyone. 6 stars for the dog.

Went in for a lighter there today and a refill canister. The girl behind the counter was awfully quiet, and didn't smile and was distinctly unfriendly. I didn't think much of it and took my items. Later that day the lighter was not functioning right. Went back and she was still there and I asked her if she knew why it would be behaving in this way and she said no. And nothing else. And I asked if I could exchange the lighter and she said no. No returns. It's a $5 lighter and if there's no returns then whatever. By this point I realize what's irritating me is not the $5 lighter that I can exchange, it's the coldness from this employee. Back to the lighter, I ran a retail business for 35 years. If a customer mine wanted to exchange a $5 item, no matter what my policy was I would do it because your business survives on return customers and reputation. I felt like I was treated poorly from the time I went in there the first time to the time I left on the second visit. I asked for the owner's name and number and she refused to give it to me. I then asked for the owner's name without the phone number, and she gave me two initials which I won't repeat here. I asked her to write it down and she refused. Really this whole thing was very bizarre. You're not going to stay in business with employees behaving like that, and it's not going to be good for your reputation to not stand behind the items you sell. Oh, and she accused me of damaging the lighter! I'm telling you this was a bizarre experience. One that will get plenty of word of mouth, not the kind of word of mouth you want your business to have.

The most super awesomest smoke shop ever when you don’t have a lot of funds and want something cool they have a hand me down section only one I’ve seen and it’s def Mcpots approved thanks guys

The Owner is awesome , whitney is a cutie and very helpful , she's super chill and Laid back. ALSOO can't go wrong with the prices, I'd Definetly recommend going here :D
