Nice shop, cool glass. Employees are friendly. Very high priced simply due to location. Nothing too special in terms of merchandise. Obviously trying to keep up with the highpriced rent of Downtown Bend. Wouldn't recommend to friends or tourists over other glass shops in town. Very average.

Hello! Let me start of saying this is a beautiful shop, with a beautiful selection. However, I specifically went in to buy a piece to take dabs, but they sold me a piece that I later found out was made SPECIFICALLY for flower. The salesman that helped me was nice, and seemed to want to to help me, but sold me a piece he knew wouldn't do what I wanted. I have had it for about two weeks and the glass has already cracked in multiple places from heating up a nail I bought from them (which also broke.) Pros: Pretty selection Nice location Good parking Cons: Misleading salesman Poor quality glass HIGH PRICES

Wonderful store. Great location next to the park. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Fantastic selection of high end collector pieces as well as all your basic daily needs. They also have frisbee golf discs. And they host a fantastic first Friday art Walk event each month. Stop by and check them out. Tell them turtle sent you.

Piece of Mind Bend on 806 NW Brooks St

I had bought products from this store in past and had no issues, but as a repeat customer I went in to buy a secondary Vector lighter for $40.00 when I asked for the retail box in which the lighter came in the female representative told me they did not have one. When I got home I noticed the lighter was partially damaged. When I called the store about it, the same female representative stated I could send it into Vector and I would have to pay shipping/handling charges and that way it would be fixed. Knowing that this was not my issue since I the customer had not caused the damage to the lighter I asked her to have a manager give me a call back regarding the issue. Regardless to say I never got that callback. The shady sale practice of this representative has made lose trust in this store. I did end up sending the lighter for repair to the Vector site in California; With the Piece of Mind that I will never shop at this store again!
