I bought a California Exotic silhouette from Imagine That for $60. I used it three times, the third time it stopped mid-use and never worked again. I called Imagine That to tell them about the issue, but they refused to do anything about it and informed me I'd have to return it to the manufacturer. Considering they sold me faulty merchandise I figured I'd be compensated, but they wouldn't do anything about it. I will never shop there again; this was my first and last time. I highly recommend anyone considering shopping here either goes to Pretty Pussycat or orders online instead. Extremely disappointed.
