This place is amazing! Great merchandise, awesome juice, and the staff is incredibly helpful! They stayed open for 30 minutes passed their closing time simply because I called saying I was on foot but headed to them as quickly as I could! That's certainly a first and I'm sure the last!

Friendly guys, seemed like a great place. I purchased a Mod on 1/29/18 that has a defective battery cover. I took it back today to exchange as I was told if there's any issue to come back within 30 days. The owner was present and declined the exchange and said I should not have been told this and they do not accept any returns. I didn't argue, there's no sense in doing so. But this guaranteed I'll go back to Vapor Vintage in Moore from now on. Filed a dispute with my CC. I'm fine with a no return policy, but not when I'm told to come back if I have issues.

I’m surprised this place is even open. They have minimal selection on disposable vapes, and the ones they do carry are outdated and taste terrible. When I asked the employee what brand he recommended, his response was “It’s up to you.” Coming from someone who has managed successful retail stores across the country, that is astonishingly terrible customer service. While checking out, the employee began to talk about anime, which I most definitely did not bring up, and was shocked that he knew more about that than the product of the company he works for. When browsing their selection of non-disposable vapes, I noticed they have a very minimal supply of brands available. To the employee who left a 5-Star review claiming their shortage is because of Covid-19, you should know that most of the big brand vape companies are based out of the US and also to debunk that claim, many other vape stores in the area are still managing to fill the shelves with product. I don’t want to make a false claim, but for future shoppers, it is in my honest retail-management opinion that the owners either aren’t vape enthusiast, the employees are just there for a paycheck, or that the managers have absolutely no experience in hiring.

I have tried this shop about 4 times over the past 4 years because they are so close by. But each time I go I am always disappointed. The things they sell are usually junk, they sell coils that have already been opened and are so dry that they are not usable. That was the last time I will be back.
