Absolutely LOVE this place. Great vibe and super chill staff. Before management changed a few years back, I had to drive all the way out of state to get what I needed ;) hehe. But now I can simply drive up the street, being that I live on western. Literally the only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they sold me a broken novelty item awhile back, but when I came back a few days later they made up for it by really hooking me up!! :D Peace :P

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I hadn't been to it since before I moved to Florida and was so happy it was still as awesome as it used to be!!! Great variety of products and very knowledgeable!!!! Couldn't ask for a better head/smoke shop!

I haven’t been in this store for years, but I will make this review anyways. The store is wonderful, the atmosphere has always been great and I fully stand behind the quality of the products. You can get anything in there from incense, posters, clothing, to hookahs, glassware, and papers. It’s well worth the visit for the experience that you won’t get anywhere else. Lisa and Beaner are good people. They were kind to me when I needed it most, and gave me advice that I never took, that I should have. During the time, I felt you had slighted me and I was angry, but it turned out that I was wrong; and you two were right to do what you did. I just want to say that I appreciate everything you two did for me, and I wish you both the best.

I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 for two main reasons and my only reasons if im being honest. The first being Ive only been in there once because a really good buddy of mine told me to go check it out and yes ma'am if your reading they buy from your store all the time when they have money. From my experience in there was fantastic even though I didnt buy anything because I didnt have any money at that exact moment to buy anything with. As far as customer service went Id go so far to say that is legitimately some of the nicest people Ive dealt with. I plan on showing up again soon which brings me to my second reason the drive. I live about 30-45 minutes away which is a pretty good drive but for what its worth its worth it. I believe the owner was the lady I was talking to and she was an extremely informative and professional worker. The establishment is clean as hell pardon my french and Im not trying to take shots at other companies saying this but Mrs. Coolz is hands down one of the best in the business not for what they have but for how they treat customers. Thank you for running a good store coming from a soon to be customer. God bless and have a great day!
