To my Albuquerque peeps. You all know our reviews are directly from our own experiences. Our company only provides what we ourselves have experienced. If it is bad the first time, we like to think maybe it was just a bad day for them..We went in as customers that really don't know about the rules or what's best. It was no bueno. The man behind the counter will kill your cloud nine toastiness in half a second!!! In my experience I always thought those shops were meant to be fun, but this shop here makes me want to give up the Herbalife for life:/ My partner and I have only dealt with the one ray of sunshine, behind the counter so I'm assuming he's the only employee there. We like to go into businesses with good energy just so we can make sure that it is not our fault for upsetting the employees. If you need help with your smoking accessories, this is the last place you need to be, you're better off going to "The Zone" for answers and good customer service. Yes I know the Zone is closed, that's how bad this place is. Not only do you feel unwelcomed from Ray of Sunshine, but he also doesn't have the skill set to execute simple register functions. Not only will he ruin your day, he could possibly ruin your life, depending on what you're going in for. " LIFE??"you might say, but how sir??? Well most of us going into those places,are more than likely on a budget, on a tight budget so every transaction counts. We tested this gentleman with a prepaid. The card was short a few bucks, but because he did not know how to read the receipt he cancelled the transaction:/ CANCELLED!!! For a few bucks short. The last of your dough gone and you don't get the money back until a few days. Now I'm not saying that he should of let those few bucks slide because I'm sure people mooch all the time, but the money we were spending was more then 35 bucks and we could've even paid the difference if he had allowed us to. BAM!!! That's what we're here for to review what they do and if they even appreciate our business. So over all dissatisfied and disappointed that they don't resolve the issues they cause. We also try and joke to see if there's a sense of humor in there because smoke shops have rules I guess, rules that new comers don't know. There are a lot of new smokers now and I would feel bad if anyone's first experience is this shop. They will make you feel uncomfortable as you already do and they will rudely make you leave for saying something that you didn't mean or even if you meant it there are good and bad ways to deal with it. They really don't care to deal with it, as we've been shown by the gentleman behind the counter..... Our motto is"If you're going to do a job, do it better then anyone else can" If not all you mood killers, all you drag asses, all you bitter faces should just stay home!!! No one wants to see your grouchy ass and I for sure don't want to give you my money anymore. So take your one star and be lucky because if I could've put negative one I would have!!!
