My absolute go to place for my hookah needs, great great customer service from all the staff always always wanting to make sure you like what your getting making sure they help you from the greeting as soon as you walk in to the see ya next time out the door, they never ever push for you to buy unnecessary things, and they have the absolute best deals and prices hands down

I should know better I give this place chance after chance I’m DONE! The employees are rude and don’t acknowledge people ever! I’m the only one in the shop and not one word! So rude! They don’t have what I’m looking for and are smart asses when I ask when they will be in stock! The customer service is just awful! Again I’m not going back ever I hate this place they suck thats it I’m out!

The associate I made my purchase from seemed to have NO product knowledge, didn't seem to care that she had no knowledge, and seemed to only be waiting for her friend to come in (said friend came in while she was "helping" me.

I wanted to just take a sec and share my experience. I use Kratom tea for fibro pain and order online but ordered too late and ran out due to the presidents day holiday. So with not much hope as head shop Kratom really gets a bad rap on my online forums. When I walked in the sales rep said hello and smiled and was friendly and helpful...wish I could remember her name now! She answered a few questions about size and popularity of certain strains for me and I selected American Kratom brand in the Bali blend. Used it as my morning dose and I'm super happy with the quality. I would say it is just as strong as what I buy online maybe a tiny but stronger! But I've never used Bali from my regular vendor so it might just be my body adjusting to the new blend. It was $20 for an ounce which is pricey compared to online but exactly what I was expecting to pay in a head shop. Super happy there is a great option available locally when I'm in a pinch!
