I was not impressed to learn of your no -return policy. It would help if you had knowledgeable employees in the Ames store. There is one male employee that knows what he is talking about, but he is never available as everyone is waiting for him to help. I can't afford to piss away $100 because either A. The employee was totally wrong with recommendation or B. The employee just straight up lies just to make a sell. Either way, I am done.
