Simon was extremely helpful to my friends and I! I got there first and was looking around for about 40 minutes waiting on my friends. Simon and I had nice casual conversation throughout that time but he would also give me my space to explore. He had tons of knowledge about every piece and ultimately helped me pick 2 pieces that I love and are honestly my most favorite pieces I’ve ever gotten from a glass shop. Both of my friends each bought multiple things as well. We were all really impressed and will be repeat customers. I recommend the shop to a friend the other day also. Simon answered all of my questions at the store, and later I called the shop to ask about something else and he happily answered that as well. I’m all about great customer service and this shop has it as well as a great unique selection at great prices. 10/10 would recommend.

From the minute I saw simons pendant he was wearing around his neck, I knew I had found a solid glass shop. Having a knowledgeable passionate headshop owner help me find what I was looking for was refreshing to say the least. I can easily say that in the central Indianapolis area this place is one of the few doing it right. No Chinese rip off’s and overpriced nonsense here, just compassionate love for the art glass world. This is certainly a one stop shop for anyone that actually cares about what they buy. Can’t wait to go back!

Brandon was very cool and helped us pick out some awesome pieces! If you don't see what you want, don't hesitate to ask about getting it ordered to the shop. I felt way more comfortable here than any of the other stores I've been to. I also really appreciate a knowledgeable owner/employee! Highly recommended shop!

I Will not be visiting this shop any longer. Each time I have visit this shop I have been rudely welcomed. Each time I have gone in I had the intentions of buying something but always walk out empty handed because of how rude and disrespectful this man is. As a side note, most of the products aren't that great either. The torch I bought was defected from the first use with a leak. But what really got on my nerves was the disrespectful I received from the employee. When my partner and I went to visit and look at their products yesterday's the worker immediately "welcomed us" with a "what do you want" attitude. When we explained what size bowl we needed he then laughed and proceeded to tell us that no one makes that size and we will never find it and that's probably the reason why someone gifted us that piece. Fine. I still wanted to look around. We browsed and nothing spoke to me so I asked my partner if he wanted to go to the Ames Smoke Shop. The guy working at HCG then laughed at us and said "I Can guarantee you won't find what your looking for there... no one makes that" I then spoke up and said we were planning on looking, they have more, he chuckled and mocked my statement saying "they have more yeah... go online and you can find that same thing for 40-60$ cheaper" What the heck? I'm sorry I didn't have a binky for him to whine with. Dude you're store isn't that fancy and tour quality of service sucks. Yeah they have more to look at and that's what I want to do. Who the hell are you to interupt my conversation with someone else? Goodbye rude man. The worker was rude and negative and I couldn't stand the energy I was being surrounded by in his shop. Never again. We went to the Ames Smoke Shop and immediately we saw about 12 of that size bowls we were asking for. We are always given the proper service and care at the Ames Smoke Shop. Lesson learned. Don't go to High Class Glass.
