I had bought a cigarette injector here in 2015 and was quite happy with it, but it was time to replace it and as they did not have the same one I bought a different one. When I got it home and tried to use it I discovered it is poorly designed and has bad functionality. Made sure everything was in the box and had the receipt and walked back to the store to be told the clerk could not do exchanges or refunds, he even had to move a jug to show me the sign, and to come talk to the manager tomorrow--unfortunately I will be at work and as I did the sale on a credit card I cannot send someone in my place. Also, the injector was marked one price and I was charged another higher price; I think I will be sticking to downtown from now on for my rolling needs.

Absolutely adore the lady that works there! She is truly kind and super patient with me... I can be picky sometimes lol. I drive to that shop just because I like her service. There is a great selection and I've found them to be great priced. *** the only downfall of this place is the guy there, he's always interrupting and tries to choose for me. I prefer to see all of my choices and learn about what I'm buying before being rang up. Will continue to shop there and send my friends there for her amazing service!

I really hate to put a 1 star review for the Smoke Shop because it deserves 5 simply for their customer service. My 1 star is because their awesome manager, Groovy Girl is gone. I came in today and heard she was no longer their. No details but she was the only reason I would shop their. I never had to tell her what I needed after my first visit their. She always had my stuff ready when I walked in. The service was super fast. Her conversations were always positive. I never left there without a smile until today.

Well, I was getting my cigarettes there. the guy told me he would save the white cartons for me so I could get a good discount. Ice received one white carton the whole time he has been there. Now I can't even get a stamp to earn a big discount after so many cartons if I use my debit or credit card it has to be cash only. He has slowly taken away benefits.

Swedish Snus is the reason I visit. The pricing is no better than QT, but they consistently have rolls in stock. If I don't order from Sweden and pay $40 for shipping, I come here. Downside.. they don't carry Ettan loose. Only General portion. And what they do carry it's at full retail.
