I will say that pricing seems somewhat arbitrary. Compared to other shops some items are way overpriced but then a few items are also well under priced in comparison to other smoke shops.

I love these guys and the selection they have. You are also free to roam and shop without constantly being hounded about "needing help", that being said, if you do need help or want to see something closer, they're right there to help you. I've had nothing but great experiences. They've been here for years and I used to commute from Evanston to come.

It was an all right place for coffee, but it is set up more as a liquor store. There was no large display case of donuts like one of the pictures showed. Just a small countertop display with minimal selection. I got a vanilla cappuccino from there, and it just taste slightly off. I would not put it at the same level as a Starbucks.

I came here a few times when i was a dumb 17 year old. This was before i found out that i bought several pieces for twice the retail price! Save yourself the money and buy the product directly from the online supplier. Never again. I wanted to say the people working there were nice but now i literally see why.

Recently purchased a Volcano from Smoke Dreams and was so impressed by their customer service. I believe I dealt with the owners (or great staff) who were super accommodating and made my purchase way easier. Will visit their physical store when I can. Definitely made me a long term customer 😄.

I visit this shop often and Z is super helpful and knowledgeable. I would have rated the shop a 5 but I’ve been in a few times and there is another guy there that I think is the owner or owners brother. That guy is totally rude, stares with judgmental eyes and doesn’t know anything! I won’t go in if Z is not working! The shop has so much potential and lot of selection.

They sold me fake and blemished khalil mamoon hookah and when I called them out it and asked for a trade or a refund it was a huge problem. I even asked about a refund policy and why they didn’t have a “all sales are final” sign but i couldn’t get an answer on it.
