Selling broken products and offering no refund

Purchased a poor quality vape pen and the top came right off and ripped the internal wiring. I was not given a receipt at purchase and then was accused of not having a receipt when coming back with the faulty product. The staff and the owner stated that without a receipt they were unable of offering me an exchange. These are poor customer relation practices. Lesson learned always ask for a receipt even if not offered/given.

1 star is much better than they deserve.. sold me a broken vape pen and refused to replace it. Was told I took that risk when buying it.. terrible service rude stuck up employees. Enjoy going out of business!!

Secrets Smoke Shop on 3229 N Clark St

Been going here for years. There’s plenty of other smoke shops in the area, but this is the only place for me. The owner cuts us deals all the time and staff are always friendly and helpful. Huge selection too and prices are always reasonable. If you’re in the market for a new piece, I couldn’t recommend a better place. Thanks a lot for all the great service :)
